Red Wing | Heritage  Beetle Campaign

This project involved Red Wing Shoe’s Heritage Brand. My team and I were tasked with addressing the brand’s waste from its leather tannery plant in Minnesota and a campaign to pair it with. After weeks of research, brainstorming, and talking to experts, we came up with a solution that involved feeding the leather waste to Dermestid Beetles. This would be an effective way to turn that tanned leather waste into compost through the beetles. We also produced a concept 30-second spot the brand would run in it's media channels to communicate to it's customers about this sustainable initiative. I worked on the copy of the spot and did the voiceover for it.
